Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations where applicable.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Force Factor is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (if available)

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order weight.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Force Factor is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will work with the carrier to assist in locating the shipment, Force Factor is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
